At the begining of the Edo Era, in Japan, a samurai runs away from the battlefield and falls upon a mysterious satue and her offerings.
Starved, he eats all of it but the strange statue makes him flee again.
Is the samurai getting crazy? Or is he really chased by a mysterious entity?

Shinsen is a short frightening movie, produced from Septembre 2019 to June 2021.
It's a graduation project, realised and directed by 7 students.
I took care of the environment modeling, the set-dressing, the lighting and compositing.
